High-pressure pneumatic sprayers, available in different models and configurations, are suitable to use a wide range of medium-solid paint products and protective materials at high thickness. The Atex certified airless painting systems for industrial coatings can manage multiple spray guns simultaneously, have a high and constant pumping capacity during the industrial applications, also the most demanding, in all working conditions.
Airless equipment allows you to spray:
- paint products at ambient temperature, diluted if necessary to obtain the right viscosity point required by the application
- heated materials to decrease the degree of viscosity, to atomize the paint at a lower pressure to reduce the amount of thinner used. It is possible to recirculate the heated product in the high pressure hoses which bring the material to the spay gun, to avoid the product cooling during spraying pauses.
During the high pressure painting process the pressure can reach up to 500 bar, but using a heated products it is possible to reduce the working pressure by 50%.
