DIVORCED AND IN LINE PNEUMATIC

A pump is said DIVORCED when the fluid section and the pneumatic motor are separated
and the fluid will not pass through the air motor. This type of pump is ideal
for handling abrasive or corrosive products.
Non-corrosive or non-abrasive materials will be suitable for IN LINE pumps, where
the material flows through the pneumatic motor.

The standard version
is in carbon steel: stainless steel version available on request. It is available
in two versions: LONG and STUBBY The LONG version is designed for 200L drum; the
STUBBY version is suitable for 30 L drums or mounted on wall or on frame.
VEGA pump 5:1 IN LINE
This
pump is designed for low pressure feeding of lubricants, hydraulic oils, motor
oils and other non-corrosive and nonabrasive products.
It is available for
200L drums (LONG version) or 30L drums (MEDIUM version).

Medium pressure
pump with 3.8 L min delivery suitable for high viscosity lubricants and for airless
application of petroleum-based protective coatings: insulation, anti -noise. etc.
The standard version is in carbon steel.
GHIBLI
pump 10:1 DIVORCED
This pump is designed
for low pressure feeding of non-corrosive and non-abrasive products and also for
the application of heavy products. It is available for 200L drums (LONG version)
or on 30L drums (MEDIUM version) on request. .
GHIBLI
pump 3:1 DIVORCED
This pump is particularly
suitable for feeding medium-viscosity paints through long circuits to several
spraying stations. It is available in three versions: LONG, MEDIUM and STUBBY
The LONG version is designed for 200L drum and can be mounted on the single post
ram.
The MEDIUM version, for 30L drums, can be used on the wheeled ram. Anyway,
the all three versions can be mounted on wall supports by connecting a suction
hose to the foot valve.
It is available in stainless steel on request. |

The
air powered piston pumps are mainly composed of an air motor and a fluid section
also called "pumping unit". The piston and the valves system are the
main components of the pneumatic motor and allow the automatic piston reversal.
The pumping unit is constituted of the suction valve, the pumping piston and the
fluid packings.
In the pneumatic motor, the compressed air causes the vertical reciprocating movement
of the motor piston; this movement is transmitted to the fluid pumping piston
through a connecting rod. So doing, the pump sucks in the fluid to be sent to
the outlet. The structure of the pump assembly provides the so-called "double
effect", which means that material is fed whether the piston is ascending
or descending. |
The
Larius double diaphragm pumps consist of two chambers alternately sucking and
delivering due to the action of two PTFE diaphragms connected by a shaft providing
an alternate translational movement. The two chambers are connected by a suction
and a delivery manifolds.
The alternate action is provided
by a dedicated reversal device powered by compressed air. Suitable for transferring
low and medium viscosity fluids, their compact design will make them ideal to
suit different working conditions; fitted on wall support or fixed directly on
cans they provide long working life without maintenance. The pump body is made
by die-cast aluminium and the pumping diaphragms are made by tele fon. The pumps
are supplied complete with air pressure regulator and gauge, material inlet and
outlet fittings. On request they can be supplied with stainless steel bodies. |
