The
reciprocator is the ideal equipment for automatic paint spraying or powder
coating in spray booths. The reciprocator is powered by an electric motor with
reduction gear, serrated driving pulleys and synthetic belt. The motor is an asynchronous three phases IP 55 self breaking.
The reduction gear is complete with adjustable clutch. The brake will keep the set measure when the
equipment is not working, while the clutch is a safety device in case of
collision of the guns holding arm against any obstacle. The reciprocator is supplied with a Rack 19” control box. Every size of the new RNP reciprocator is 300 mm. lower compared
to the old replaced model and the operating speed, of the guns holding
arm, is increased to 33 mt. min –30% higher than the old replaced model.

The CH 200/Tribo units allow to
use both Corona (powder charged by high voltage electrodes) and Tribo (powder
charged by friction) with the same control rack:
Electrostatic generator for CH 200
corona guns
Charge control unit for manual and
automatic Tribo guns
A simple switch allows to pass
from “corona mode” to “Tribo mode” – the unit can be supplied complete with
both the gun models or with corona (or Tribo) gun only. At any time a Tribo (or
a Corona) gun can be retrofitted to the unit.
The control rack can be fitted
into box masters that can contain up to 13 racks.

360° EXTENSION NOZZLE |
Suitable
for manual and automatic corona guns. The nozzle covers a 360° rotation on the
gun axis.

Light
and balanced guns, made by a body, a charging pipe and nozzle. The gun is fed
by an air and powder mixture through the powder hose and compressed air through
the air hose which controls and provides the Tribo charge. Inside the pipe the
powder is charged by friction- the tribo electrostatic charge is controlled and
adjusted on the CH 200/Tribo rack, connected to the gun with a wire. The gun is
complete with flat nozzle and diffusors for the round nozzle. |
