To suit all the finishing and productivity requirements the Star 2001 guns are available in the following versions: low pressure (conventional) mist-less (air assisted-airless) airless – two different models are available for solvent and water based products with specific and exclusive new updated technology. Designed and manufactured to comply with the European safety standards (CENELEC).

IMPORTANT

The cable connecting generator and gun is a low voltage one 12V. An accurate study of the shapes and ultra light materials provide an ergonomic gun, light and balanced that allows consistent operations without fatigue.

Today industrial painting often means automation. Therefore we introduce our complete range of automatic wet painting electrostatic guns suitable for all different plants. The generator, incorporated in the rack control that can be fitted in standard box masters, includes the electronic parts and the guns remote pneumatic adjustment devices, allowing full control of all the parameters during the painting process. This system can be interfaced with any main control unit: computerized with work-piece reading systems, PLC, electro-pneumatic control panels.

Very important is the manufacturing concept that keeps separated the wetted parts from the pneumatic lever system that controls the gun operations. This avoids the lever system to be contaminated by solvent or paints granting full reliability a long working life.
